So I am terrible at taking pictures during "BIG" moments, like Dixie's first time swimming. Of course I remember to bring the camera and did take a picture, after I had taken her suit off! She's been 3 times so far and had a chance to try out her 3 swim suits. She's not quite sure what to do with the water just yet but her eyes light up with the big bucket. Here's a picture of her all wrapped up!

Skills

So Dixie is getting so big so fast! She giggles most of the time and she smiles so big when she sees Paul or me. She will try to balance on Paul's hand and that is cute. She rolls over a ton and still occasionally gets stuck. This morning was a new one. I walked into her room to get her and she was crying a bit. Well she had rolled onto her stomach and somehow pulled her blanket over her head so she couldn't see! It was cute. I am in love with this little girl!

Birthday

So I'm almost a month late on this, but alas I had my last birthday in my 20s. Strange to think that next summer I will be 30. We did a low key get together and I finally got an ice cream cake. Are they overpriced? Yes. Was it worth it? YES! I loved it. I think Jackson loved it even more since he was licking his plate and eating whatever was left on mine and then licking it as well. I've never seen him down anything so fast. I got the board game Clue which I love except Paul keeps beating Jackson and I at it. I also got an AWESOMELY HUGE birthday card that talked about being over the hill. It was cute. Paul and Jackson also pre-ordered Lego Harry Potter. I love the Lego games so I am thrilled. I got cash to go get it when it came out. So Paul went and got it for me Tuesday. It's pretty fun. I like that I have a kid mentality when it comes to XBox games. :) Anyways here are some pictures of my cake that I LOVED!
